This Tea Villa, is a part of a heritage tea estate. It is a Five Bedroom Villa. It was made in 1914. This Tea Villa, is located in the valley of Hudikeri, which overlooks the steps of the tea farm. The estate is located in the hills of South Coorg. This Tea Villa Estate lies at an good height of 808 mtrs. The villa is surrounded by amazing flora & fauna, which are known in the Western Ghats. The slanting roofs, the arched portico, the red-tiles on the floor and the antique wooden beds, make the villa, very enchanting.

As suggested above, this villa has Five bedrooms. The villa guarantees to be well maintained & very spacious. Four, of the five Bedrooms are next to each other, with a common verandah. The Fifth bedroom can only be reached from inside the main property. There is a large living room and also a dining room, as part of the bungalow. The front of the villa is wonderfully manicured & you can view the rolling tea gardens from here.

This estate gets good quantity of rainfall.  Thus, not just tea, but, also pepper crops and areca nuts, are well grown here. You will witness wild boars, hares and an array of birds, around the estate. This area is considered to be one of the most ecologically sustained zone. The estate has a very well established tea production. When you come here, you will also see the only tea estate with its own tea processing unit in the whole of Coorg District.

For meals, this Tea Villa, offers simple, but, delicious North Indian dishes, continental & even Jain meals. Apart from the lovely teas from the estate, you can gorge on the amazing deserts served here.

You can get your alcohol, as it’s not served by the villa. Pets are allowed. Check-in time is 3pm & check-out time is 12pm.
