Apartment 113, is a One Bedroom Apartment. It is in Assagaon, North Goa. At this apartment you enter a contemporary setting, which is very nicely crafted by very distinguished interior designers.

As soon as you reach the apartment, you will be amazed to see the detailing, to make sure you have a lovely stay. It could be for a short stay or for a long haul. The apartment offers an ambience & décor, which will let you relax, rejuvenate and submerge yourself in its ambience.

You can enjoy Assagao, by trying the numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars, which are just a short walk or drive away from the Apartment 113. Some of the worth trying eating joints are Fig & Maple, Jamun Tree, JackFruit Tree, Avo's, Vinayak, Gun Powder, and Mustard Cafe. To enhance your experience more, Apartment 113, is just 10-15 minutes drive from the lovely Anjuna and Vagator beaches. Its 25 minutes from the Morjim, Ashwem, and Mandrem beaches. The food can be delivered to you by both Swiggy and Zomato, directly to our doorstep.

Check-in is scheduled for 1 PM, with check-out at 11 AM. We are ok & flexible with the check-in timing, subject to availability. We have dedicated caretaker who will be at your service and ready to attend to any assistance needed during your stay. Extra bed can be arranged at an additional charge.  The apartment is just 50 minutes away from the airport.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has the utensils & basic necessity items. You can prepare your own breakfast, by using the items provided for your breakfast only once during the check-in. The apartment provides bread, egg, butter, peanut butter, jam and milk as a welcome pack, in the beginning of your stay as a one time. Rest of the days, you can ask the caretaker to arrange the groceries etc., which they will fetch for you & you pay for all the bills, directly to the caretaker.

Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day. The apartment has a washing machine in case you need to wash the towels & clothes. If the guest wants the bed linen and towels to be changed out of the usual schedule, it is possible with an extra charge.

Apartment 113 is Pet Friendly with a charge of Rs.500/- per pet per night. Loud music is not allowed as there are neighbors around. The apartment has a inverter backup, but note that no air conditioners work during the power cut. Smoking not allowed in & around the Pool and in the rooms. Please use Balconies for smoking.
