The Legacy Cottage, is part of a 180 years old estate. It is a huge 5 acre estate. This is a suite on the second floor of a three suite heritage cottage. There are two suites on the ground floor & this is one is on the second floor. This suite has one bedroom with a living area. The living area also has a sofa-cum-bed which gets converted into a queen size bed & is comfortable for two kids.

On the below part of this cottage, there is a verandah with sitting arrangement and a lawn. The estate is five acres and covered with various types of trees and is paradise for bird-lovers and you can spot many birds. The cottage is surrounded by lots of trees. You can walk to the market, which is just 1 km. This is a beautiful path. You can have view of the snow clad mountains. The bukhari in the cottage, helps you in keeping yourself warm. The guests can also use the verandah and the lawns. They can walk in the estate. The cottage has TV with all channels. There is Wi-fi & mobile connectivity. The cottage offers fresh & hot home cooked meals which are on a chargeable basis.

Kitchen Timings 9 am - 2 pm and then 6 pm - 10 pm. To keep the kitchen hygienic guests are not allowed into the kitchen. The cottage cook doles out the best of meals. You pay as per the menu & rates. You are requested to place your orders a couple of hours in advance as meals are freshly cooked for you.

The cottage also offers barbeque which is again chargeable. Bonfires can also be arranged. Laundry arrangements can also be organized on a chargeable basis. Pets are also allowed. You need to ensure, that they are potty trained. As the cottage owner also has pets, yours to be friendly. The pets are not allowed on the beds n sofas.
